38 Special Table
This one-of-a-kind table started with a 1938 Chevy 2-ton stake body truck! One wheel was too pitted to use on the vehicle so after applying steel wool and a clear coat, a beautiful table base was born! The attached post was fashioned from black pipe that was treated with muriatic acid to hasten rusting. Topping the post is a farming equipment wheel that was salvaged from a Mennonite farm. The tabletop is 1/2″ tempered glass with a bevel.
The 38 Special Table has a 42″ diameter and stands 30″ tall.
