Beaver Dam 016

This log cabin structure dates to the mid 1800’s and stands in Berks County PA.  The overall size is 16 x 20 – this small cabin offers two full floors.   It is comprised of mostly oak and is in very good condition.  The original rafters were at some point replaced with hand hewn chestnut that came from a separate structure of approximately the same age and are included in this sale.  The  logs average 7 inches on the  faces.   Both ceilings approximate height of seven feet.  Several of the windows were turned into doors.  The price is as-is, but we can offer modification and will quote according to your plans.
