Ivan’s Blacksmith Barn
This Structure is no longer available.
This building would be ideal as a small barn, wood-shop, or hunting cabin. It stands in central Pennsylvania and dates to 1907. The builder of the barn’s son is still alive and living on the property. It was originally built as a blacksmith’s shop.
The overall measurements are 16 ft wide by 40 ft long. However, there is a “step down” at 20 ft, lending the building wonderfully to a building with two uses and separate areas or even two buildings (we could supply additional beams). The building is a sawn oak frame, with most of the posts measuring approximately 7″ by 7″. The height to peak of the building is appx. 17.5 ft. This turn of the century building captures the look and essence of early America…..
